Located a few hundred meters from the city centre, this quite a popular place for both locals and visitors. Despite sounding flash and modern, Art Design is actually an old house brimming with character and full of local arts and crafts. You can choose between dining outside over a little stream or in one of the two rather chintzy dining rooms. The menu includes both local and foreign dishes, but the traditional ones here include sarma (meat and rice rolled in grape leaves) and speca dollma (peppers filled with meat and rice).
