The Slow Food business is a branch of Convivium “Dukagjini”, both established by Mrs. Hyseni, in late 2015, which makes it one of the kind in the entire Western Kosovo. The variety of slow food offered stretches from homemade bread to a vast variety of traditional dishes, made locally through ages. Cooked milk-cream, raw mountain honey, Hashyre (cooked wheat with dehydrated fruits), and the famous Flia, make anyone want for one more piece after being full. The earth-casserole cooked and served food is yet another finger-licking traditional speciality with vigorously preserved genuine recipes that make you taste not only food but also history.
